Blossom Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of the online Yoga M Foundation course in America. Our inaugural course batches will be from late October to early December 2021.
Yoga M is a sequence conceived by Sri M to provide a daily yoga practice for spiritual aspirants. This course includes a combination of theory and practice components.
The theory component introduces the participant to a background on yoga, the importance of the breath, and key foundations of yogic science and philosophy.
The practice component offers a series of Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and Sukshma Vyayama (subtle body movements). By the end of the course, the participant will have learnt 25 simple yoga postures to integrate into personal practice.
This program is suited for those who wish to begin their journey on the path of yoga, those who want a daily yoga practice to help calm their mind, improve the capacity to meditate, and turn within. It is also suitable for those who have only experienced yoga as a physical exercise and wish to understand the deeper aspects of yoga beyond asana (physical posture).
A dedicated yoga practice can bring about greater self-awareness, deepen gratitude, and improve health. It also makes one’s body flexible and stable enough to receive higher possibilities of life.

Why are you taking registration through jotforms, is it secure?
As you may have noticed, we have previously managed our event registrations primarily through google forms. We are using jotforms as it is better suited for our needs for managing yoga registration.
In terms of security, the forms are served across a protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. It is the industry standard protection. The submission data in the forms can be encrypted when the data is transferred and stored. Submissions are encrypted with high-grade RSA 2048 at the computer of storage, then transferred and stored securely on jotforms servers.
