Sacred Grove Lodges
We are happy to introduce our first on-campus accommodation at Sacred Grove - “The Oak Lodge”. The Oak Lodge consists of four beautiful, brand-new rooms on the north-end of the campus that will be open for the Spring 2025 retreats.

The lodge has been carefully designed to offer serenity and a quiet place to stay during the retreats along with modern comforts and amenities.
The lodge is designed for personal retreats, solitude and to facilitate this, there is no WiFi, cable or television.
The lodge has four rooms - each room is built as double occupancy, self-contained units. Each room has two single beds and an attached bathroom with a standup shower with hot and cold running water. The lodge also has a desk and chair and space to store your luggage.
You will be provided with fresh linen and towels at the beginning of your stay. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and toilet paper are available in the lodge. Please bring any other toiletries that you need to make your stay comfortable.
The lodge will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. You will be provided with fresh linen and towels at the beginning of your stay. Additional linen can be requested at the registration office as needed.
We will not provide daily housekeeping. During your stay regular cleanliness and upkeep of the room is your responsibility. Each room is furnished with cleaning supplies for your convenience. Should there be any accidental spills please contact us at the registration office immediately and we will have team members help take care of that.
The Oak Lodge is not ADA accessible.
Reservations
Each room will house two people. Rooms can be reserved for individuals or a group of 2. If your group has more than 2 people please enter as separate reservation forms. If you’re a sole applicant then you’ll be matched with a roommate of the same gender.
Room reservations are only open to confirmed attendees or volunteers of that retreat.

You have the option of adding one day prior and/or one day after the above dates. Please indicate your preference on the lodge registration form.
Reservations will be open for 24 hours from 11:00 AM CT starting with the dates mentioned in the schedule above (April 5th or April 12th).
We will conduct a raffle for each retreat - the raffle system is fully automated to ensure fairness for all applicants. Please register using your full name and date of birth as shown on your government ID.
Payment is required at the time of registration. If you do not secure a spot, refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the raffle results are announced.
Cancellation policy is $25 fee up to 7 days prior to check-in date and 50% refund within 7 days of arrival.
Room Rates
$160 per person per night.
We will place a hold of $250 on your card at the time of check-in to cover for damage to the property.
Property Rules
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is between 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm CT on the start date of your reservation. Checkout is by noon on the end date of your reservation. Please plan your travel accordingly.
Re-entry when campus is closed will not be allowed between the hours of 9:00 pm and 6:00 am CT.
Check-in steps: Please do a check of the light fixtures and water in the room as soon as you enter the room. If something is not working, let us know immediately and reach out to +1 (940) 456 - 0428.
Checkout steps:
Put your towels, bedsheets and pillow covers in the laundry baskets provided.
If you are the last person to checkout please ensure all water, faucets and fans, AC and lights are off.
This booking is non-transferable. No guests are allowed during the entire duration of your stay in the lodge including during the day when other attendees and volunteers are on campus.
Kindly adhere to all the posted signs around the property and the lodge rules.
Be respectful of others including the neighbours and share the space harmoniously. Be mindful of property boundaries and respect our neighbours' privacy.
No pets are allowed on the property or in the lodge.
Please park in the designated main parking lot. The parking team will assist with a shuttle to the lodge.
Quiet Hours between 9:30 pm - 5:30 am. No loud noise, music or other disturbances during the day, please be mindful of other attendees/volunteers in the lodge and on the property at all times.
The east entrance of the Dining Hall will be unlocked during your stay; access to the remaining common areas around the property will be restricted after hours.
Please do not rearrange or remove any furniture from within the lodges, stick or affix anything in the rooms.
Please stay on marked paths always, especially in the night when visibility is reduced, be mindful of any uneven terrains, poisonous plants, snakes and wildlife.
Guests staying in the rooms are responsible for their personal property. When checking out of the room, ensure all your personal belongings are removed. Any personal items left behind will be disposed of promptly.
You will be responsible for any damages incurred during your stay due to your actions and it may result in additional charges to your card.
Don’ts:
No food or drinks are allowed in the rooms, except for water or as needed for medical reasons (eg. diabetic patients). All meals are in the Dining Hall only.
No open flames are allowed inside the lodge or anywhere outside on the property.
No cooking inside the rooms. For safety reasons, hot plates, electric kettle, instant pots or any other appliances are prohibited within the lodge.
For safety reasons, disposal of sharp objects or needles in the room trash cans is not allowed. Please dispose of this in the needle disposal box in the restrooms.
