Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. The minimum age for a participant for this retreat is 12 years. 

2. Children aged 12 years and older have to be registered as a retreat participant to be at Sacred Grove. 

3. CHILD ATTENDANCE POLICY Please note that children under 12 years will not be allowed on the property during the retreat and we request you to make appropriate arrangements for child care during your participation. 

4. Registrations are non-transferable for this retreat. The attendee’s name in the registration must match the name on the photo ID. 

5. Retreat fee does NOT include Hotel/accommodation fees and these will have to be paid to the hotel directly. Hotel bookings and cancellations will follow the Hotel policy and attendees will need to contact the Hotel directly.

7. Blossom Foundation retains the right to refuse service to anyone.

8. Blossom Foundation is not liable for any cancellations, delays or damages in conducting the retreat resulting from unforeseen causes or events, unforeseeable, independent or superseding events beyond the Foundation’s control, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemics, hurricanes, tornadoes, natural catastrophes etc.

9. The schedule of the retreat is subject to change at the discretion of Blossom Foundation.

10. Blossom Foundation reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the retreat. Participants acknowledge and agree that Blossom Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs arising from any change.

11. Blossom Foundation will make best efforts to communicate any changes to the retreat.
